Enable Focused Chat Mode
Set the top title and description
Configure feature blocks, including store contact information, FAQs, and order inquiry features

Welcome Message and Information Collection

Set the welcome message
Configure the user email collection statement and disclaimer link

Appearance

Select a preset color or customize your brand color
Customize the chatbox logo style, update the logo image, and set the text for the bar-style logo
Set the logo alignment
