A: Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We also offer a 14-day free trial, so you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Q: Will I be charged after uninstalling the app?
A: Note: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Shopify bills for the full subscription cycle. To avoid future charges, cancel your plan before uninstalling the app.
Q: Will I be charged after downgrading to the Free plan?
A: When you downgrade, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be refunded for the remaining time. The Free plan will begin automatically on your next renewal date.
