Five-Day Unconditional Refund

To make it more convenient for you to use the audio/video call feature, if your purchased TRTC monthly package ( including Call, Conference, Live, and RTC-Engine ) has not been used, Tencent Cloud supports unconditional return and refund within 5 days. For a single Tencent Cloud entity, within 5 days (including 5 days) from the day of purchase of any package for your SDKAppID, one package or feature package can be unconditionally refunded at a time within 5 days.
Note:
The following situations do not belong to the scope of five-day unconditional refund:
If the gifted audio/video call duration in the purchased monthly package has been used, regardless of whether it has been used up or not, a five-day unconditional refund is not supported.
If the user's account is suspended due to content review issues (related to pornography and other illegal activities), none of the packages under the account supports refunds.

Refund Rules

In case of suspected abnormality or malicious returns, Tencent Cloud has the right to reject your return application.
For orders that meet the 5-day unconditional refund scenarios, the refund amount will be the total consumed amount spent at the time of purchase, including cash account amount, revenue transfer account amount, and gift account amount.
Note:
Deductions or cash coupons will not be refunded.
The refund amount will be returned via the original path to your Tencent Cloud account.

Refund Steps

1. Choose Console > Ticket System > Submit a Ticket to enter the ticket application page.
2. Search for or directly select Tencent Real-Time Communication TRTC in the search box on the right.
3. Select the issue type as Billing and Refund Issues and create a ticket.
4. Enter the ticket creation page, fill out the corresponding information, and click Submit a Ticket.
Note:
Before returning the resources, please check if the resources comply with the 5-day unconditional refund policy. If not, the refund can't be performed.
