Starting January 8, 2025 (Beijing Time), Chat will launch new prepaid monthly plans: Free, Standard, Pro (formerly Advanced), Pro Plus, and Enterprise. You can unlock different add‑on capabilities per app (SDKAppID) based on your business needs.
Billing and Usage Rules
Payment model: Prepaid—purchase first, then usage is deducted.
Validity: From the purchase date through the same calendar day in the following month. For example, if you buy on January 1, 2025, the plan is valid from Jan 1 through Feb 1.
Per‑app billing: Each plan applies to a single SDKAppID. If you have multiple apps, purchase each plan separately.
Note:
When a monthly plan expires, any add‑on features you enabled for that app are disabled. We recommend enabling auto‑renewal to avoid service interruption.
Path: On the Purchase page, select the Deployment Region, Application and the plan you want, then enable Automatic renewal.
Plan Pricing and Core Quotas
New User Intro Offer:
Price: 69.9 USD for 1 month (one‑time payment, no auto‑renewal)
Features: Same as Chat Pro, up to 10,000 MAU per month
Eligibility: Only for users who have never purchased any paid Chat plan (Standard/Pro/Pro Plus/Enterprise). Having the Free plan enabled does not affect eligibility. One purchase per account.
After the introductory offer: You can renew Pro at the standard price (699 USD/month) or switch to another plan.

Billing flow:
1. April 1, 2025: Buy Pro Plus (1 month) and enable auto‑renewal.

4. April 24, 2025: Auto‑renew triggers (7 days before expiry).
5. Charge: 1,299 USD
6. Renewal validity: May 1 – Jun 1
7. Each month thereafter: Auto‑renew continues with a 1,299 USD monthly charge.
