Free Minutes
All Tencent Cloud accounts (UIN) that have activated the TRTC monthly package (including Call, Conference, Live, RTC-Engine) can receive a free time package of 10,000 minutes each month within a year. A maximum of one free time package can be received per month, and the usage generated by all TRTC (including Call, Conference, Live, RTC-Engine) can be deducted.
Notes on free time package:
The remaining free minutes for each month will expire on the last day of the current cycle and cannot be used in the next cycle.
For example, if you receive the free minutes on November 15, 2022, they would be valid from November 15, 2022 to December 14, 2022.
If the deducted minutes do not exceed 10,000 minutes, the service is free for the current month. If the 10,000-minute Free Quota is deducted and no RTC-Engine Packages, Call Monthly Packages, Conference Monthly Packages, or Live Monthly Packages has been purchased, it will trigger the suspension of the application.
The following applies to accounts registered on or after February 21, 2023.
Note：
For UINs registered on or after July 25, 2024 (UTC+8), the free package can be used to deduct durations generated by audio/video calls, interactive live streaming, on-cloud recording, mixtranscoding, recording delivery (to Tencent Cloud or third parties), page recording, and Live video streaming viewers.

：
Live's Audio Room Audio and Video Duration：The audio and video duration generated when you use the Live Voice Room core control component (SeatGridView) or refer to RTCRoomEngine API for integration.
Live's Video Live Anchor Duration：The anchor duration generated when you use the core control for Video Live (LiveStreamCoreView) for integration.
Live's Video Live Audience Duration：Applications created after December 18, 2024 (SDKAppID), which integrate the core control for Video Live (LiveStreamCoreView) using version 2.8.0 or later of Live, will have their audio and video usage attributed to the audience identity. Durations not meeting the above criteria will still be considered as live's video live anchor duration.
