The deduction rules for package minutes vary depending on the cumulative video resolution of audio and video duration. For specific deduction rules, please refer to Package Minute Deduction Rules.
A Monthly Active User (MAU) is counted once when a user successfully logs in via the SDK to establish a connection. The statistical standards for Monthly Active Users (MAU) are explained in the documentation Live Monthly Subscription Plan Introduction.
