Billing of Excess Usage
For monthly packages that include free usage time, when the time is used up, additional usage beyond the free time will be automatically charged based on the length of the audio and video usage.
Audio and video usage time is divided into four categories based on specific application scenarios: voice interactive live broadcasting, video interactive live broadcasting, voice calling, and video calling. Each of the four basic services can be used individually or in combination. The billing details for each scenario are shown in the following table:
Note
When every month the gift of 10,000 minutes of Free Package of Time is exhausted, you need to unlock the pay-as-you-go function by purchasing the Monthly Package, otherwise, the service will not be available.

Billing of Other Services
The following table shows the billing details of TRTC's extended services for real-time audio and video usage, which are designed to supplement the core features.
The MCU recording cluster is a system used to record real-time audio and video in TRTC rooms, which can on-demand record single or mixed (multiplexing multiple audio and video streams into a single stream) uplink audio and video streams in TRTC rooms. Recorded files are stored on the VOD platform to ensure the reliability and real-time nature of the recording process.
By using the MCU cluster, TRTC can flexibly mix and transcode each upstream audio and video stream within the rooms, and then output the transcoded audio and video streams for live streaming to CDN, which enables viewers to watch the live stream via CDN.
The monitoring dashboard is a quality data monitoring and analysis service launched by Tencent Cloud Real-Time Audio and Video, which provides different dashboard functions for free and paid versions in a fixed-price mode. You can open and subscribe to the payment version according to your business needs through self-service on the console.
The Recording Delivery Service is a paid feature service launched by Tencent Cloud Real-Time Audio and Video. When using the real-time audio and video cloud recording service, fees will be incurred for the recording delivery service during the process of delivering and storing the recording files in the storage bucket.

For accounts registered on or after Beijing Time on February 21, 2023 (inclusive), the free minutes can be used to deduct minutes generated by Audio/Video calls, Interactive Live Streaming, On-cloud recording, and On-Cloud MixTranscoding.
