Frequently Asked Questions
What features do I get in the free trial plan?
In the free trial plan, you get access to all features with 10,000 free minutes and 100 MUA. If you exceed this usage, you'll need to subscribe to a paid version. Please note, the free trial is valid for 7 days.
Are there any other costs besides the Call Monthly Package fee?

Yes, if your call duration and MAU exceed the free quota of the Monthly Package, you'll incur pay-as-you-go charges. Additionally, using On-Cloud Recording or On-Cloud MixTranscoding will generate corresponding pay-as-you-go bills. For more details, please refer to our Billing section for On-Cloud Recording and On-Cloud MixTranscoding and Relay to CDN.

What happens if I exhaust the package bonus minutes or MAU of my Call monthly Package?
Once the free duration is used up, you may incur pay-as-you-go costs for additional audio/video call durations and MAU. However, as long as your account is not overdue, you can continue using all features until the Call Package expires.
Is it supported to enable Auto-renewal?
Yes, you can enable Auto-Renewal at the time of purchase. If your account balance is sufficient, your package will automatically renew each month upon expiration.
My application has already purchased Chat plan, how can I use Call?
