If your monthly audio/video call duration exceeds the monthly quota of your plan, additional usage will be charged at pay-as-you-go rates. Additionally, using features such as On-Cloud Recording or On-Cloud MixTranscoding will generate corresponding pay-as-you-go fees.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we provide a free trial for up to 70 days, allowing you to fully experience all features of our Call product. Please notice that each free trial is valid for 7 days per account, and you'll need to reclaim it once it expires.
What are the specific rules for the 10,000 free minutes?
We provide each account with 10,000 free minutes every month during the first year. These 10,000 minutes can be used to deduct the duration of audio and video calls, interactive live streaming, as well as the duration generated by advanced features such as on-Íloud recording and MixTranscoding. Is prepayment required to use Call?
Yes, TRTC Call requires a monthly subscription plan for use. You can choose either a 1v1 Call Plan or a Group Call Plan, based on your specific needs.
How to choose between the 1-to-1 Call and Group Call plans?
You can choose the right plan based on your business needs:
1v1 Call Plan: Ideal for scenarios focused on one-on-one communication, like online consultations or private calls.
Group Call Plan: Suitable for group calling (up to 9 participants), high audio/video call duration usage, or advanced features such as AI noise reduction and outdoor call stutter optimization.
How are package minutes and Monthly Active User (MAU) calculated?
The deduction rules for package minutes vary depending on the cumulative video resolution of audio and video duration. For specific deduction rules, please refer to Package Minute Deduction Rules.
A Monthly Active User (MAU) is counted once when a user successfully logs in via the SDK to establish a connection. The statistical standards for Monthly Active Users (MAU) are explained in the documentation Call Monthly Subscription Plan Introduction.
What support options are available?
Tencent RTC technical support is included with your plan. Purchase any plan to receive support with guaranteed response times. Different plans offer varying response time standards, please choose the plan that best fits your needs.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
Once your monthly package minutes or MAU quota are used up, any additional audio/video call duration and MAU will be charged at pay-as-you-go rates. For specific pricing, please click here.
