What features do I get with the Free Trial Plan?
With a Free Trial Plan, you get access to all features with 10,000 free minutes and 100 MUA. If you exceed this usage, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan. Please note that each free trial is valid for 28 days.
Are there any other costs besides the Live Monthly Package fee?
Yes, if your live streaming duration and MAU exceed the free monthly quota of your plan, additional usage will be charged at pay-as-you-go rates. Additionally, using On-Cloud Recording or On-Cloud MixTranscoding will generate corresponding pay-as-you-go fees. What happens if I exhaust the package bonus minutes or MAU of my Live monthly Package?
Once you exceed the quota for monthly minutes or MUA, additional audio/video live streaming durations and MAU will be charged at pay-as-you-go rates. However, as long as your account does not have overdue payments, you can continue using all features until the Live package expires.
Can I enable auto-renewal?
Yes, you can enable auto-renewal at the time of purchase. As long as your account balance is sufficient, your monthly plan will be automatically renewed each month upon expiration.
