What happens when my Starter Plan expires?
Five days after your Starter Plan expires, the plan's features will become inaccessible. To continue using features, make sure you purchase another Starter Plan or upgrade to an official plan within five days after the plan expires. Auto-renewal is available for official plans.
How many times can I purchase the Starter plan?
Each Starter Plan can be purchased up to three times per account. For example, if you've already purchased the Call Starter Plan three times, you will not be able to purchase that plan again, but you can still purchase a Conference Starter Plan. More details.
Why can't I purchase the Starter Plan?
The Starter Plan is a special offer for new customers. If you've already purchased one of our official plans, you will not eligible to purchase a Starter Plan.
What happens if I use up all the minutes in the package?
If you use all the minutes that come with your package but the Starter Plan has not yet expired, any additional usage will be billed according to pay-as-you-go pricing.
How does duration deduction work?
Deduction rules are different for package minutes and the 10,000 free minutes that are provided monthly for each plan. For more information, see deduction ratios forsubscription packagesandfree minutes.
