Can I upgrade a Starter Plan to an official package?
Yes. The Starter Plans for Call, Confernece, Live and RTC Engine support upgrading to any official package of the product during the validity period. For example, a Live Starter Plan can be upgrade to Live Lite, Live Standard, or Live Pro within its validity period. Once upgraded to an official version, you can perform manual renewal during the validity period to ensure service continuity for the following month. For detailed guidelines and rules on upgrading and renewal, please refer to the documentation.
How many times can I purchase the Starter plan?
The Starter Plan can be purchased once per product per account. For example, if you've already purchased the Call Starter Plan, you can't purchase it again, but your purchase of the Conference Starter Plan is still available.
Why can't I purchase the Starter Plan?
The Starter Plan is a special offer for new customers. If you've already purchased one of our official plans, you will not eligible to purchase a Starter Plan.
What happens if I use up all the minutes in the package?
If you use all the minutes that come with your package but the Starter Plan has not yet expired, any additional usage will be billed according to pay-as-you-go pricing.
How does duration deduction work?
Deduction rules are different for package minutes and the 10,000 free minutes that are provided monthly for each plan. For more information, see deduction ratios forsubscription packagesandfree minutes.
