Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we provide a free trial for up to 70 days, allowing you to fully experience all features of our RTC Engine product. Please note that each individual free trial is valid for 7 days, and you'll need to reclaim it once it expires.
What are the specific rules for the 10,000 free minutes?
We provide each account with 10,000 free minutes every month during the first year. These 10,000 minutes can be used to deduct the duration of audio and video calls, interactive live streaming, as well as the duration generated by advanced features such as on-Íloud recording and MixTranscoding. Is prepayment required to use RTC Engine?
Yes, RTC Engine requires purchasing a monthly subscription plan to use. Each plan includes a certain amount of audio and video time duration and MAU quota, and different plans offer varying functions and levels of technical support. You can choose the Light, Standard, or Pro Edition based on your needs.
How to choose among the Lite, Standard, and Pro plans?
You can choose the right plan based on your business needs:
Lite: Basic real-time audio/video call features, meeting core communication needs.
Standard: Plus value-added features like third-party CDN relaying, AI noise reduction, weak-network optimization – better for scale-demanded and quality-focused audio/video services.
Pro: For larger-scale businesses requiring advanced features (e.g., video screenshot upload, 3D audio, 2K/4K resolution) to meet high-spec audio/video demands.
How are package minutes calculated?
