Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a Chat Trial Version with 100 free MAUs, allowing you to fully experience all features of the Chat product.
How is Monthly Active User (MAU) calculated?
A single user's login to Chat in a month counts as 1 MAU, repeated logins by the same user are not accumulated.
How to choose between the Standard, Pro, and Pro-plus plans?
You can choose the appropriate monthly subscription plan based on your business scale and feature requirements:
Standard: Designed for users with simple business scenarios who focus on basic messaging features.
Pro: Ideal for users with more complex business scenarios, such as community and live group needs, or requiring local message search, read receipts, and other advanced messaging features.
Pro-Plus: Suitable for users with larger business scales, highly complex scenarios, or requiring premium features like text message translation and cloud-based search.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s MAU limits?
If your MAU exceeds the plan limit, we will charge an overage fee of $0.015 per MAU per month.
If you are using the Chat Trial Version, MAU overage is not supported. Once the limit is exceeded, related features will no longer function properly. We recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
Are there any other costs besides the Chat monthly plan fee?
Yes, if your MAU exceeds the plan limit, we will charge $0.015 per MAU per month. Additionally, using features like text message translation or cloud-based search will incur usage-based fees. For more details, please refer to Billing of Chat Out-of-Package Usage.
