Frequently Asked Questions

Do the Chat editions have an MAU limit?

All paid editions, including Standard, Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise, have no upper limit on MAU. Apart from the free MAU allowance provided within each edition, any additional MAU exceeding this quota will be charged at pay-as-you-go rates on a monthly basis. Fees incurred within a month will be deducted on the third day of the following month.
